We are a fun-loving family of five from Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) who fell head over heels for the beauty and charm of Turks and Caicos during our first visit. Captivated by the turquoise waters and laid-back island vibe, we decided to make our dream a reality and purchased a villa here. What started as a leap of faith quickly turned into an incredible renovation adventure, where every design decision—from the layout to the smallest details—became a family project filled with laughter, creativity, and a few debates along the way! Naming the villa was no exception—it had to be perfect, just like our vision for this tropical escape. Now, we’re thrilled to share our slice of paradise with others and can’t wait for you to experience the magic that inspired us to make this island home.

From the moment we met our incredible house manager in Turks and Caicos, we knew we had found a lifelong friend. His warmth, charm, and infectious personality made us feel at home instantly, and we quickly fell in love with not just the island, but with him. Over the years, our bond has only grown stronger, and have returned to visit him multiple times, and he and his beautiful wife and young son have even made the journey to see us in Ohio. Born in the Turks and Caicos Islands and raised on North CAicos Caicos but now calling Provo home, he knows absolutely everyone on the island and is hands down the best resource you could ever have. Whether you need the perfect dinner reservation, a boat charter, or just a good laugh over a cold drink, he is your guy. More than just a house manager, he’s family to us now, and anyone lucky enough to meet him is in for an unforgettable experience.

1 Are beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas provided?
Yes. We even have coolers for you to use if you’d like to pack food and beverages before heading to the beach.
2 Is the property beachfront or how far is the beach?
We are waterfront, and have made a small private beach for our guests to enjoy. We have beach chairs, loungers, kayaks and paddle boards that you can launch right from our beach. The closest public beach ( Taylor Bay Beach) is a short 10 minute walk, or 3 minute car ride.
3 Does the villa have Wi-Fi and how reliable is it?
Yes. It is extremely reliable.
4 Is the villa air-conditioned?
Yes, the villa is fully air conditioned
5 Is there a private pool or hot tub?
There is a private, HEATED pool.
General Booking & Policies
1 What is the maximum number of guests allowed?
14
2 Is early check-in or late check-out available?
This will vary depending on other reservations. If we are able to accommodate you, we will.
3 What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check in is at 2pm. Checkout is at 10am. We provide flexibility when we can.
4 Are there any additional fees (cleaning, service, security deposit, etc.)?
No, there aren’t any additional fees
5 What is the cancellation policy?
Guests can receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non refundable
Housekeeping & Services
1 Is there on-site staff, or is the villa self-check-in?
There will be a staff member there to greet you upon arrival, and go over any questions you may have. The front door is a keyless entry. Guests will be provided code upon arrival.
2 Are linens and bath towels provided?
Yes, all bed linens and towels are provided.
3 Are toiletries like shampoo and soap provided?
Hand soap in all bathrooms, and bar soap in showers are provided.
4 Is there a washer and dryer available for guest use?
Yes.
5 Are there any concierge services (chef, grocery pre-stocking, excursions)?
Yes. Daily breakfast is prepared and served by our staff. Guests are responsible for the cost of the groceries. We are happy to help you arrange pre-shopping for an additional fee. We have 2 jet skis on property, that can be rented on a daily or weekly basis. Other excursions are available, and we are happy to help you arrange them.
6 Is daily housekeeping included or available for an extra fee?
Daily housekeeping is included.

Yes. Up to 3 cars may park in the driveway.

We suggest renting a car. There is so much to explore on our beautiful island.
3 Is airport transportation included or available for an extra fee?
Transportation is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee.
