The villa offers both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. We provide standard coffee and sugar, and basic spices and oils are available. Condiments are not supplied, so guests should bring their preferred items.

There is a blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave available, plus a crockpot and air fryer for added convenience.

The living room features a smart TV loaded with thousands of TV series, movies, and live channels, offering a wide variety of entertainment for all ages. Whether you’re in the mood for the latest shows, classic films, or live international programming, you’ll have instant access at your fingertips.

Crown Jewel accommodates up to 14 guests per standard booking, with the ability to sleep a maximum of 16 guests. Additional guests beyond 14 are welcome at a rate of $150 per person, per night.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and depend on other reservations. If we are able to accommodate your request, our team will be happy to make arrangements to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival or departure.

Check in is at 2pm. Checkout is at 10am. We provide flexibility when we can.

Crown Jewel does not charge extra cleaning or service fees. The only additional charge is a refundable security deposit of $500, held to cover any incidental damages and returned promptly after your stay.

While not required, guests are encouraged to provide gratuities to our housekeepers, concierge, or other staff who assist during your stay as a token of appreciation for their personalized service.

Guests can receive a full refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before check-in.

If you cancel 14 days before check-in, you receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations 7 days or less before check-in are non refundable

A dedicated staff member will be on-site to greet you upon arrival, assist with your luggage if needed, and answer any questions about the villa and its amenities. The front door features keyless entry for seamless access, and guests will also receive a spare physical key at check-in for added convenience.

Yes. Each bathroom is stocked with hand soap, and every shower includes bar soap for guest use. We recommend bringing any preferred personal toiletries to enhance your stay.

A full laundry room is available for staff use, and our team is happy to assist with washing and drying personal items upon request. If you choose to use this service, we kindly encourage guests to offer a gratuity as appreciation for the staff’s time and assistance.

While gratuities are not required, they are encouraged as a token of appreciation for our team’s service.

In the event of a medical, safety, or weather-related emergency, guests should dial 911, which connects directly to local police, fire, and medical services in Turks & Caicos. For non-emergency concerns or assistance, you may also contact our onsite team or property manager for support.

Yes. For guest safety and property protection, Crown Jewel is equipped with several exterior security camerasmonitoring the perimeter and entry points. All cameras are positioned in public outdoor areas only and do not intrude on guest privacy. While the villa does not have an onsite security guard, the gated premises and surveillance system provide a secure and private environment throughout your stay.

Yes. Crown Jewel offers private, on-property parking within the gated premises. The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Guests will receive key fobs and access codes for the automatic entrance gate, ensuring secure and convenient entry and exit throughout their stay.

We recommend renting a car during your stay. While Crown Jewel offers a serene and private location, restaurants, shops, and most attractions are not within walking distance. Having a vehicle allows you to explore Providenciales comfortably and make the most of your experience.
